You will manage deadlines, apply standard processes, and help drive a high-quality proposal culture across the global function. This is a hybrid London-based role with potential for future opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in RFPs, bids, proposals or tenders in insurance or professional services.
• Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading to produce client-friendly responses.
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end RFP delivery from qualification to final submission.
• Draft and refine responses with brokers, product specialists and analytics teams.
• Maintain content standards and templates to ensure consistency across proposals.
• Track deadlines, risks and approvals, escalating where needed.
• Support post-submission reviews to capture insights for future opportunities.
