Job summary

S&W Group in London is seeking a motivated Reward Business Partner to join the HR and Rewards team. You will work closely with the Reward Director to tailor reward solutions that meet business needs.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and Finance to design strategies, benchmark roles, and manage incentive schemes, benefits, and total reward programmes. The role requires delivery focus, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence through data-driven insights to support

Responsibilities

• Strategic Reward Planning and alignment with business objectives
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to implement reward strategies
• Provide market insight on pay positioning and reward trends
• Support organisational design and workforce planning from a reward perspective
• Compensation Management: lead annual pay reviews, advise on job evaluation
• Incentive & Bonus Schemes: design and manage incentive plans
• Benefits and Total Reward: design harmonisation and optimise
• Stakeholder Partnering: advise HR Business Partners and leaders
