Job summary

ICAEW in Port Glasgow is seeking an Excellence Reporting Accountant with hybrid working. You will lead performance reporting, KPI management and continuous improvement across finance operations, turning data into meaningful insights for senior leaders.

Partnering with finance leadership and operational teams, you will develop reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and accuracy. A strong Excel and BI background is essential to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in finance operations reporting or management information.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification or demonstrable process improvement experience.
• Understanding of P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insight.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with commentary.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across finance processes.
• Engage with stakeholders and present findings to senior leaders.
