ScottishPower Renewables is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to identify, assess and secure new renewable energy opportunities across the UK and ROI. You’ll lead projects from initial site identification through to handover into development, working with landowners, consultants and internal specialists.

• Experience in renewable energy development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new renewable energy development opportunities across the UK and ROI.
• Lead site searches and feasibility studies including grid capacity, energy resource, access constraints and deliverability.
• Negotiate and secure land rights, exclusivity agreements and commercial arrangements with landowners.
• Manage due diligence activities and prepare submissions for land tenders and acquisitions.
• Develop strategies to maximise value from new and existing opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for informed decision-making.
• Manage project reporting, governance and budget within Origination team.
