ScottishPower Renewables in Glasgow is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager Origination to identify and secure renewable energy opportunities across the UK and ROI. You will lead projects from site identification through handover, working with landowners, consultants and partners to maximise value.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement and multi-project leadership within a leading renewables business. Competitive salary, pension and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy development and land acquisition/management.
• Strong understanding of planning, development, and associated utilities projects.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to build relationships with landowners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new development opportunities across the UK and ROI.
• Lead site searches and feasibility studies including grid capacity and deliverability assessments.
• Negotiate land rights and commercial arrangements with landowners and representatives.
• Coordinate due diligence and prepare submissions for land tenders and acquisitions.
• Support commercial strategy and budget management within Origination.
