Greene Tweed is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales strategies and coach a local sales team. You will collaborate with Global Senior Sales Managers, Industry Directors and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into revenue growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to travel 50-70% domestically and internationally to develop key accounts and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Select, develop and retain top sales talent in support of regional sales objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and tactics to meet industry and territory sales objectives.
• Ensure coverage of customer base with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and cross functional resources.
• Grow regional account base to achieve revenue, profitability and share gain targets.
• Deliver accurate regional sales forecast and communicate deviations in a timely manner.
