Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to support a valued client within the professional services sector. You will manage the full lifecycle of each vacancy, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consultative recruitment experience while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

You’ll work in a genuine business partnering capacity, collaborating with the MSP/RRO service, travelling to client sites and spending time onsite for meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience within an MSP/workforce solutions environment.
• Experience managing a contingent workforce service.
• Strong stakeholder management with the gravitas to influence at senior level.
• Familiar with governance frameworks and following formal processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of vacancies from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Review CVs, provide qualified shortlists and arrange interviews.
• Advise on sourcing strategies, routes to market, salary guidance, and market insight.
• Collaborate with sourcing team and manage third-party agencies as needed.
• Produce accurate MI and reports aligned to client requirements.
• Maintain client systems, ensuring compliance and policy adherence.
• Work within SLAs with a commercial mindset.
• Travel to client locations and work onsite for meetings as required.
