Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to support a valued client within professional services. You will manage end-to-end vacancies and partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a consultative recruitment experience.

This 12-month fixed-term role in the UK involves hybrid work with travel to client sites and for meetings, ensuring governance and KPI adherence throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience within MSP/workforce solutions.
• Accustomed to managing a contingent workforce service.
• Professional services background, ideally insurance or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management with gravitas to advise at senior level.
• Commercial mindset and passion for partnering with the business.
• Comfortable with governance frameworks and following processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, decisive approach delivering a great experience for managers and candidates.
• Willing to travel onsite and to client meetings.
• Subject to vetting including credit check, references and DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vacancies, from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Reviewing CVs, providing qualified shortlists and arranging interviews.
• Advising on sourcing strategies, routes to market, salary guidance and market insight.
• Collaborating with the sourcing team and managing third-party agencies.
• Producing accurate MI and reports to client requirements.
• Keeping client systems accurate and compliant with policy requirements.
• Working to formal SLAs with a commercial mindset.
• Travelling to client locations and onsite work for meetings.

About the role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our Vertage team, supporting a valued client within the professional services sector. This is a genuine business partnering role. You’ll be the trusted face of our MSP/RRO service, working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver an engaging, consultative recruitment experience.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of each vacancy while keeping a firm eye on KPIs, SLAs and governance.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vacancies, from detailed briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and liaising confidently with senior stakeholders
• Reviewing CVs, providing qualified shortlists and arranging interviews
• Advising hiring managers on sourcing strategies, routes to market, salary guidance and market insight
• Working collaboratively with our sourcing team, and managing third-party agencies where applicable
• Producing accurate, meaningful MI and reports to client requirements
• Keeping client systems accurate and up to date, and following all compliance and policy requirements
• Working to formal SLAs, with a commercial mindset throughout
• Travelling to client locations and working onsite as required and for meetings

What we’re looking for

• Happy to travel as required and spend time onsite with the client and for meetings
