Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive UK&I sourcing, engage local stakeholders and lead end-to-end procurement cycles across existing and new developments. You will build and manage a pipeline of strategic initiatives, maintain a robust supplier base, and advise on contracting activity in collaboration with the European team.

You will work with onsite teams, ensure policy compliance, and utilize Luminance CLM for contract governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including Category Manager roles.
• Experience in real estate, facilities management, hospitality or similar sectors.
• MCIPS qualification or working towards it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage local stakeholders and drive value through procurement activity.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, tendering and contracts.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists and monitor supplier performance.
• Support regional sourcing aligned with ESG and category strategies.
• Administer contract lifecycle using Luminance CLM.
