Job summary

Fletcher Bond in the United Kingdom seeks a Director to work with the Managing Director on senior leadership initiatives. You will leverage your network to drive sustainable organic growth, build client relationships and mentor internal teams.

The role involves governance, strategic advisory on complex commercial property matters, and delivering value for clients while shaping the firm's future vision. Location in Manchester or London supported.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and registration as a valuer.
• Degree-level education required.
• 5+ years post-qualification valuation experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and protect Fletcher Bond's brand through stakeholder engagement.
• Grow existing client base and originate new business opportunities.
• Lead mentoring, coaching, development and performance management of staff.
• Lead on complex commercial property problems with innovative solutions.
• Foster a positive, solution‑driven culture and develop tactical strategies to achieve results.
• Ensure governance, control and reporting of key operating systems and processes.
• Oversee Workflow Max usage and accurate time allocation per benchmarks.
• Ensure timely month-end invoicing and track work in progress.
• Provide due diligence on distressed property assets and develop restructuring options.
