Job summary

FRP Advisory Group in the UK seeks a Director, Real Estate Finance to structure debt and equity across commercial, development, and residential investments. You will manage brokers, support growth of FRP Real Estate Advisory, and report to the Partner - Real Estate Finance.

Based in Manchester, you will build trusted relationships with clients and introducers, keep market knowledge current, and ensure FCA CPD compliance while achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and to timelines.
• Experience building trust and implementing structure within teams.

Responsibilities

• Structure debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions.
• Support partners and introducers by servicing clients’ financing needs.
• Build and maintain key partner and introducer relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, and the financial industry.
• Ensure compliance with FCA standards for CPD and market standards.
• Meet targets and create new business opportunities.
