Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• PMP certification.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Implement governance, processes, and systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor finances and manage change control.
• Facilitate communications through meetings and reports.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Mentor junior project managers.
