Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking project management professionals for our Manchester Real Estate team. You will lead commissions end-to-end and act as the primary client interface to deliver on time and cost targets with quality standards.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, planning and procurement approaches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring KPI-driven performance to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in the relevant discipline is desirable.
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects in a consultancy environment is essential.
