Qualifications

• Ideally degree qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
• Working towards MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Some leadership training or development.
• 4+ years' experience in real estate or related field.
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.
• Strong communication and IT skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day delivery for small to medium projects.
• Support knowledge capture and implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.
• Support risk and value management.
• Contract administration including valuations and cost reports.
• Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of rates.
• Ensure outputs are accurate and timely to high quality.
• Support performance management of personnel.
