Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in London. The role is hands-on and client-facing, delivering projects from feasibility through completion.

You will lead cost management, advise clients, and own cost plans, budgets, and reporting while working with a high-performing team on diverse projects. MRICS (or working towards) and 5+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost management or consultancy.
• MRICS preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Experience across pre- and post-contract stages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
