Job summary

Chepstow Plant International is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support its growth aspirations based in Caldicot, Wales. This role involves working closely with the management team and reporting to the Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tender management, cost control measures, and procuring materials. They should have experience with NEC contracts and the capability to prepare presentations for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience with NEC contracts and cost reimbursable contracts.
• Proficient in surveying software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support cost and tender opportunities within civil engineering.
• Manage tender processes including site visits.
• Monitor contract performance and manage cost reductions.
