Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply planning, materials management or a related supply chain role.
• Experience managing purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery schedules.
• Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with data and identifying potential risks.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate challenges and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in developing broader supply planning expertise and progressing your career within the supply chain function.Experience within distribution, manufacturing, or chemicals would be advantageous, but a strong planning mindset, the right attitude and a desire to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day purchasing activities, including managing purchase orders, supplier confirmations and delivery dates.
• Review future demand and plan supplier requirements to ensure product availability.
• Identify potential supply constraints and help ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across multiple European locations to support planning and delivery.
