London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Procurement professional to join the Commercial Procurement Team - Property & Investment. You’ll support the Group Procurement Team, manage spend, monitor contracts and supplier performance, and help drive value for money within a hybrid working model.

You’ll work with Finance and stakeholders to ensure governance, compliance and timely procurement delivery across major works and building compliance, reporting to the Senior Procurement & Supply

Qualifications

• Able to work with colleagues across the business to deliver procurement services.
• Excellent administration and report-writing skills to standards.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in public-sector procurement compliant with Procurement Act 2023.

Responsabilités

• Support Group Procurement Team to deliver procurement services with excellence.
• Manage spend, monitor contract usage, and feed into category plans and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day monitoring of trends, spend profiling and Contracts Register updates.
• Manage P-Cards, with reporting on usage and guidance on routes to market.
• Monitor notices, payments and KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Forecast savings and monitor against actual expenditure to verify savings realised.
• Conduct monthly supplier financial health monitoring and credit risk assessments.
• Prepare minutes and maintain an auditable trail for tender evaluations.
• Raise Purchase Orders and obtain quotations via the agreed process; support Category Managers.
• Carry out administrative tasks to support procurement governance and compliance.
