Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to lead procurement reform and raise the profile of procurement across the Council. You will provide advice, support and effective contract management within the Corporate Procurement Team.

You will drive collaborative working, seek cost-efficiency opportunities, and ensure compliance with procurement legislation while delivering social value outcomes across Council services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Full or working towards Full membership of CIPS (Level 6) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead across the Authority’s procurement activity providing advice, support and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement Legislation and public sector processes.
• Drive opportunities for collaborative working, streamline procurement and achieve cost-efficiency.
• Support social value outcomes while maintaining legal compliance.
