Job summary

City Building (Glasgow) LLP is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to join the Procurement Team. You will support the Procurement Manager in end-to-end tendering for a wide range of works, materials and services, using Open procedures, mini-competitions on framework agreements, PCS Quick Quotes, PCS-T, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in public procurement and applying Procurement Regulations.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver savings.
• Understanding of procurement platforms including PCS and PCS-T.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement exercises for medium to high value/risk procurements.
• Maintain accurate supplier and pricing information and manage supplier relationships.
• Deliver procurement savings and efficiencies while ensuring best practice.
