Thames Water is seeking a Protective Security Risk Lead to identify and manage protective security risks, working with teams across the business to translate complex risks into practical actions. The role demands strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to protecting essential services.

Formación

• Experience in Protective Security or regulated environment.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Protective Security risk assessments using threat and vulnerability information to identify risks and recommend treatments.
• Provide specialist advice and embed Protective Security risk management into business processes and decisions.
• Define, maintain and communicate security risk tolerances and appetite.
• Develop and improve Protective Security risk management and control frameworks.
• Maintain risk registers and KRIs with up-to-date reporting.
• Produce clear risk reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead governance and assurance, track risk actions and support policy reviews.
• Maintain risk assessment schedules across the business.
