You will lead the creation of high-quality proposal collateral, coordinate templates, and coach teams through Go/No-Go and rehearsals, helping PKF secure complex client engagements. Qualifications

• Excellent written English and ability to translate complex issues into clear, concise writing.
• Strong editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Well-organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Team player capable of building trust with Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Office 365, InDesign, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion tender best practice across the firm.
• Prepare tailored proposal documents and pitch presentations.
• Coordinate templates, CVs, question banks and collateral.
• Coach and rehearse proposal teams; lead Go/No-Go meetings.
• Provide reporting on opportunity pipeline and outcomes.
• Liaise with PKF Global and procurement portals.
