Job summary

Latham & Watkins in London seeks a Business Development Advisor - New Business as an integral part of the BD team. This role supports partner-led opportunities, developing and delivering high‑quality proposal documents while drafting credentials statements, pitch documents, and RFP responses.

You will work closely with BD teams and partners, lead kickoff meetings, and collaborate with lawyers and firm resources to ensure timely, compliant proposals and winning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic proposal activity and credentials development.
• Experience in legal, financial services, or professional services.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with pitch processes and pitch management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality proposal documents.
• Draft and finalize credentials statements, pitch documents, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with BD teams, lawyers, and firm resources.
• Lead kickoff meetings and establish messaging and milestones.
• Coordinate with Finance, Pricing, Compliance, and General Counsel.
