Job summary

Aviva is seeking an experienced Property Underwriter to join its Global Corporate & Specialty unit in the London Market. You will underwrite complex UK and multinational property risks, work closely with brokers and clients, and help grow the portfolio.

You will also coach colleagues, contribute to strategy, and deliver excellent service while upholding high professional standards in a global insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting UK and Multinational Corporate Property business within the London Market.
• Experience structuring and placing complex international insurance programmes and bespoke policy wordings.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop successful broker and client partnerships.
• Experience supporting, coaching or developing less experienced colleagues.
• Strong commercial awareness, interest in market trends and a commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
