North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced leader to head Property Projects and Maintenance, delivering capital projects, planned maintenance, and property compliance across the council estate. You will oversee surveying, maintenance, and construction activities while ensuring statutory compliance and value for money.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification in Building Surveying, Construction, Property Management or related discipline.
• Chartered membership of RICS or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Significant senior management experience in property projects, construction, surveying or maintenance.

• Lead the delivery of capital projects, planned maintenance and property compliance programmes.
• Oversee building surveying, maintenance and construction across the council's estate.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safe management of council property assets.
• Manage project delivery from inception through to completion.
• Lead procurement, contract management and contractor performance.
