GB Bank is seeking a field-based Business Development professional to grow intermediary relationships for Buy-to-Let and Bridging lending across a defined UK region. The role involves face-to-face and digital engagement with brokers to originate and manage opportunities, from sub-£3m to large complex cases, with referrals to Relationship Managers as needed.

You will maintain a proactive diary, develop new intermediaries, and represent GB Bank at industry events, contributing to growth and market

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Development role within intermediary Buy-To-Let or Bridging sectors, or similar financial services BD background.

Responsabilités

• Develop and introduce BTL & Bridging lending opportunities from intermediary relationships within a defined postcode region.
• Maintain strategic diary of broker appointments to build credible intermediary networks.
• Develop new business sources from inbound enquiries, broker registrations, existing relationships and market channels.
• Maximise Bridging and BTL lending opportunities by articulating GB Bank’s positioning and opportunities for product innovation.
• Originate lending opportunities across sub-£3m and £3m+ loan sizes; refer larger/complex cases to Relationship Managers.
• Analyse property lending activity to identify growth opportunities and manage reliance on key introducers.
