Aster Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Strategic Asset Appraisal team, supporting our active property disposal programme. You’ll help move properties through review, prioritisation and sale, collaborating with the Project Manager, Programme Manager, and external property professionals.

This flexible, home-based role requires a UK driving licence to attend regional HUB meetings across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London, with travel within our

Competenze

• Experience working within property, housing or asset management or a related property environment.
• Knowledge of relevant property and housing legislation.
• Experience of managing data and maintaining accurate records.
• The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise competing demands.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of project management, property sales or negotiation would be beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is required to attend team meetings across our region-based office HUBs.

Mansioni

• Assist through all stages of property disposal from review to support of the sale process.
• Work with Project Manager, Programme Manager, and wider Aster teams and external property professionals.
• Keep projects moving by ensuring stakeholders have timely information.
• Assist in property sales processes, liaising with estate agents and auctioneers.
• Help determine the best route to market for each property to maximise financial outcomes.
• Attend team meetings across region hubs as required.
