Qualifications

• Lead the development, implementation and review of the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Drive estate optimisation, rationalisation and transformation programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilisation, service delivery and income generation.
• Lead on complex landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and property transactions.
• Oversee valuation programmes and ensure governance, compliance and audit standards.
• Lead a high-performing team of Asset Managers and Surveyors and support APC candidates.

Responsibilities
