Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD in Haverfordwest is seeking a Development and Regeneration Surveyor to support delivery of projects from inception to completion. The role covers development and regeneration, asset management, and valuation tasks, with a pay rate of £24.46 per hour on a full-time temporary basis.

You will undertake site assessments, prepare business cases, manage land and property assets, and liaise with developers and stakeholders to ensure objectives, budgets and timescales are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting development and regeneration projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to undertake site assessments, feasibility studies and appraisal work.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of development and regeneration projects from inception through to completion.
• Undertake site assessments, feasibility studies, and appraisal work to support development opportunities.
• Assist in the identification and acquisition of land and property for development and regeneration purposes.
• Support the disposal and redevelopment of surplus assets.
• Contribute to the preparation of business cases and development proposals.
• Monitor development projects and ensure delivery against objectives, budgets and timescales.
