WLG in Northwood is seeking a Project Coordination Lead to be the focal point for incoming project-manager queries, analyse what local support and scheduling are needed, and help manage expectations to prevent escalations. This is a coordination post with real responsibility for documentation, risk, quality assurance and representation at working groups and boards.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field with two years’ experience, or extensive progressive expertise, and
Projects arrive at a site from all directions, each with its own project manager, budget and deadline, and each needing local people, local kit and local time. This role is the point where that lands: the focal point for every incoming request for support, the person who does the initial analysis on what is feasible, and the one who manages expectations before they become escalations.
It is a coordination post rather than a delivery post, but it carries real responsibility — documentation, risk, quality assurance and representing the unit at working groups and boards.
The work is full time on site in Northwood, Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week. Remote work is authorised only by exception and with prior approval.
