Job summary

University of Leeds is seeking a Strategic Projects Assistant to support the Strategic Projects Team. The role is based in the Worsley Building on campus with a hybrid and flexible working arrangement.

You will help plan, deliver and embed strategic change projects, communications and engagement across the Faculty of Medicine and Health, with opportunities to learn change and project management in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of providing administrative support to a busy team.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and comprehensive administrative and communications support to the Strategic Projects Team.
• Support delivery of change projects, programmes and strategic communications and engagement.
• Produce project communications across media and maintain key project documentation.
