Are you enthusiastic, highly organised and versatile, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving approach? Do you want to be part of a dynamic projects team that collaborates with colleagues across the Faculty of Medicine and Health to deliver impactful change?
As Strategic Projects Assistant in the Faculty of Medicine and Health, you will work as an integral part of the Strategic Projects Team, supporting the team to plan, deliver and embed strategic change projects, communications and engagement across the faculty. The role will provide good learning and development opportunities in a high performing and supportive team, and the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and experience in change and project management.
This exciting and diverse role will give you the opportunity to provide proactive and comprehensive administrative and communications support to the Strategic Projects Team. You will help support the delivery of change projects and programmes and strategic communications and engagement. You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including producing project communications in a range of media; communicating with stakeholders; maintaining key project documentation; organising and supporting workshops, meetings and events; preparing meeting documentation including agendas and minutes and providing administration support for the team.
You will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to a busy team combined with communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
