Job summary

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a wide UHT project portfolio. You will work with Clinical Service Units, Corporate services and Finance Business Partners to ensure projects are effectively managed and deliver benefits.

Based across sites within University Hospitals Tees, you will help establish robust PMO processes, manage risks and dependencies, and report on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within healthcare settings.
• Ability to work across multiple sites within an NHS Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the UHT-wide project portfolio and ensure effective management of project deliverables.
• Implement robust project management processes to improve visibility and timely delivery of benefits.
• Track programme performance, risks and mitigations, escalating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Service Units, Corporate services and Finance Business Partners.
• Maintain the online repository for project delivery reporting and benefits realisation.
