Qualifications

• Proven expertise in leading complex projects or programs with 4+ years experience or equivalent.
• Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills in a project management context.
• Experience using data analytics to plan, analyze, and derive insights from data for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with software applications, digital platforms and other tech tools to solve problems, improve processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience managing a diverse team with delegation, team building and fostering inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IAS (Inter-Affiliate Services) projects, aligning with business strategy.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, allocate resources, monitor milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Utilize conflict management and team-building skills to create a collaborative environment and address risks.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify scenarios, evaluate impact and risk, and inform decisions affecting outcomes.
• Ensure projects adhere to Risk, Controls and firm-wide guidelines, maintaining a strong control environment.
