Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable access to shared pools of applications and services.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets and high-performing teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving to decompose objectives into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Use data-driven analysis to assess program performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Promote adoption of agile methodologies and foster continuous learning and innovation within the team.
