Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking a capable leader to drive HR and operational change programmes in the UK housing sector. The role involves managing complex projects from initiation to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

The candidate will support TUPE/workforce transitions, workshops, service design and governance activities, ensuring compliance with housing sector requirements and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Experience leading mobilisation, transition or operational change programmes.
• Strong project management skills including planning, governance, RAID management and reporting.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, contractors and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multiple business areas and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing senior leaders and operational teams.
• Experience delivering organisational change and business readiness activities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping and service design activities.
• Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Experience supporting TUPE or workforce transition activities.
• Experience working with housing management systems such as ActiveH, Plentific or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing repairs, voids or contractor management services.
• Experience within Social Housing, Property Services, Repairs or Maintenance environments.
• Experience delivering operating model transformation or organisational restructure programmes.
• Knowledge of repairs and empty homes processes and performance measures.
• Experience of contract mobilisation and service transition between providers.
• Understanding of procurement and contract management processes.
• Experience developing operational reporting and performance dashboards.
• Knowledge of regulatory and customer service requirements within the housing sector.
