Job summary

Eurocell PLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic change across Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain. You will manage ERP implementations, process improvements, site renovations and asset modernisation, delivering projects from concept to implementation with governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with operations leaders to ensure benefits realisation, on-time delivery and budget control while driving continuous improvement and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change within ERP, supply chain and manufacturing environments.
• Track record of managing complex programmes and projects in operational settings.
• Experience across warehousing, distribution, transport or multi-site operations.
• Strong planning, budget, risk, dependency and supplier management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

• Lead and deliver business change projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Drive operational readiness and implementation activities.
