ROLE: Project Manager
HOURS: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
SALARY: upto £65,000 dependent on experience plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business change projects across our Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain operations.

As Project Manager, you will lead a diverse range of initiatives including operational technology implementations, process improvement programmes, site renovations, and asset modernisation projects. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery from concept through to implementation.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS DO:

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PROJECT MANAGERS:

• Proven experience delivering business change within ERP, supply chain and manufacturing environments
• Track record of managing complex programmes and projects in operational settings
• Experience across warehousing, distribution, transport or multi-site operations- could be an advantage
• Strong planning, budget, risk, dependency and supplier management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Skilled in project governance, reporting and benefits realisation
