Sagacity is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects and programmes in a UK-based environment. You will provide senior-level PM expertise across multiple initiatives, guiding clients and internal stakeholders while managing ambiguity and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and maintain robust governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Formal project management accreditation (e.g., AgilePM, PRINCE2).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Consultancy or professional services background preferred.
• Strong planning, governance and documentation skills (MSP).
• Experience across utilities, telecoms or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership for end-to-end delivery of projects to time, cost, quality and scope.
• Lead complex projects or large programmes with alignment to client objectives and SOWs.
• Define and maintain project quality management approaches.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, resources and quality metrics; escalate risks.
• Act as primary contact for senior sponsors and delivery teams.
• Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Provide timely status reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Establish and operate robust project governance and assurance processes.
• Prepare and publish weekly and ad-hoc progress reports with risks and remediation plans.
• Ensure requirements are understood and validated by business and technical teams.
• Oversee acceptance criteria, quality thresholds and success measures pre-go-live.
• Lead or support UAT and validation activities; prioritise defects.
• Drive post-delivery reviews and continuous improvement.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote best practice.
