Mercor is seeking an SPL to drive the tactical execution of multi-million-dollar AI data projects. You will build deep client relationships, orchestrate 1,000+ contributors, and ensure flawless delivery under tight timelines.

This hands-on role emphasizes process optimization and rapid iteration in a fast-paced startup environment. In-office five days a week in London with strong incentives and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines from customer specs to delivery.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and improve quality and cost-efficiency.
• Act as primary contact for leading AI labs and deliver regular progress reports.
• Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors and ensure high execution standards.
• Run daily syncs to stay ahead of issues and provide transparent updates.
