Those outputs are then logged and used to build the tasks and rubrics that train and evaluate frontier AI models, so your professional judgement is the core of what makes the work valuable.

Qualifications

• Consulting: Partners, Engagement Managers, and Associates or Consultants from top-tier strategy firms.
• Experience with target operating model or organisational redesign is preferred.
• Hands-on delivery or documentation/structuring work may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Produce professional documents and deliverables you create in your field.
• Collaborate with experts from other domains to train frontier AI models.
