Job summary

United Utilities is seeking a visionary Project Information Systems Manager to drive the technology and tools for the capital programme. Lead a team of Project Information System Administrators, shape roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable information management across projects.

You'll collaborate with Capital Delivery, Digital Technology and external partners to deliver excellent service, governance, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading specialist technical teams.
• Strong people leadership and change management.
• Stakeholder engagement across large organisations.
• Experience with project information lifecycle systems.
• Knowledge of CDEs and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Project Information System team.
• Set objectives and support professional development.
• Build relationships with project teams and leaders to deliver service.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive continual improvement.
• Translate business needs into system enhancements.
• Oversee governance, licensing and access management.
• Monitor usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead training and capability development across the organisation.
