Job summary

Morson Edge seeks a Project Accountant to support the Capability Centre across the full project lifecycle, delivering robust forecasting, reporting and financial controls. You will partner with programme teams to drive performance and improve processes.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven insights and experience with ERP tools in a defence context. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence 1–2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on MOD contracts and defence programmes is advantageous.
• Experience in Project Finance, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Proficient in IFRS/GAAP and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project finance support across the project lifecycle for the Capability Centre.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting and reporting for projects and balance sheet.
• Produce month end and contract status reports with analysis and insights.
• Support bid inputs and financial control framework.
• Drive process and systems improvements within Project Finance.
• Develop and coach team, maintain stakeholder engagement.
