Midland Heart Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, and ensure successful transition into business operations.

The role is based at Bath Row in Central Birmingham with a minimum of three days in the office and the option to work the remaining days from home, offering a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised project management qualification (APM PMQ/PRINCE2 or equivalent) or substantial delivery experience.
• Sound professional judgement and ownership of delivery decisions.
• Practical understanding of different delivery methodologies and when to adapt your approach.
• Strong financial awareness with forecasting and variances.
• Effective influencing skills to secure decisions and maintain momentum.
• Proactive approach to risk, problem-solving and recovery when delivery moves off track.

Aufgaben

• Lead assigned projects and initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate development of integrated plans, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Tailor predictive, agile, iterative or hybrid delivery approaches as needed.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and hold workstream leads, partners and suppliers accountable.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change.
• Coordinate implementation, transition and handover into operational use.
