Job summary

Minster Law is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives within its Personal Injury platform. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, engaging senior leaders, operational teams and external partners to achieve measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership, applying PRINCE2 and Agile methods. Based in Wakefield with hybrid working arrangements and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiar with PRINCE2 and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Track record of acquisitions, site openings, tech rollouts and large-scale business change.
• Strong planning, organisation and execution discipline.
• Solid financial acumen with experience budgeting projects.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience delivering change where data, technology and customer outcomes matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle with disciplined governance, scoping (PID/Plans/RAID) and regulatory alignment.
• Set up and run governance forums, steering groups and go/no-go decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Provide concise project reporting and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and communications.
• Apply PRINCE2 and Agile to ensure structured delivery and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes and ensure momentum and accountability.
• Ensure smooth transition into BAU with measurable operational benefits.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, vendor management and benefits realisation with data-driven business cases.
