Job summary

QBE Insurance Group in London, Leeds or Europe is seeking a Business Manager to the International Chief People Officer. You will partner with the CPO and People Leadership Team to drive strategic priorities.

You will coordinate planning, governance, budgeting and executive reporting, translating strategy into action and surfacing insights to support timely decisions. This senior role blends strategy with delivery and AI enablement across the International People function.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior leaders and balancing strategic thinking with delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to improve ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the International CPO to drive strategic priorities.
• Coordinate development, execution and tracking of People OKRs, in partnership with the Head of People Portfolio.
• Oversee People budget planning, forecasting and financial management.
• Prepare executive briefings and Board papers.
• Drive governance and reporting across boards, committees, and leadership forums.
• Lead AI enablement for the International People function.
