QBE Insurance Group in Leeds is seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager to design and mobilise QBE Horizons, a major graduate programme across the UK and European markets.

You will lead multi-market strategy, build partnerships with universities and external early careers partners, and deliver an inclusive candidate journey from attraction through onboarding, shaping the organisation’s future talent pipeline.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and delivering graduate programmes end to end.
• Strong knowledge of graduate attraction, recruitment marketing, campus engagement, assessment and selection best practice.
• Experience creating inclusive candidate journeys and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Excellent programme and project management skills, with governance and fixed timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end graduate recruitment and selection approach.
• Establish QBE Horizons across the UK and agreed European markets.
• Drive consistency across early careers activity for the International Division.
• Support apprenticeship programme activity, including shaping demand and recruitment planning.
• Work with business leaders to translate headcount into graduate opportunities and recruitment plans.
• Develop attraction strategies and build relationships with universities and external partners.
• Design inclusive, scalable assessment and selection methodologies.
• Create a best-in-class candidate journey from attraction to onboarding.
• Develop governance, timelines, communications and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Establish measures of success including diversity, candidate experience and retention.
