Job summary

Navan seeks a Senior Program Manager to join Strategy & Operations. You’ll connect Product, GTM, Engineering and Customer Success to turn strategy into executable initiatives. Drive cross-functional programs from inception to delivery and build scalable processes for Navan’s rapid global growth.

With 6+ years in program management in fast-paced B2B SaaS/fintech, you’ll lead with stakeholder management, strong communication, and bias for action in ambiguity, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus, but practical, proven experience is paramount.
• Execution Powerhouse: proven track record leading complex multi-department programs from concept to launch.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, strategy, or management consulting in fast-paced B2B SaaS/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs supporting Navan’s strategy and revenue goals.
• Orchestrate alignment across GTM, Product, Operations, and Finance for unified execution.
• Build program plans, define KPIs, and establish steering committees and regular status reporting.
• Identify roadblocks and risks, escalate with data-backed solutions to leadership.
• Drive process optimization to improve velocity and scalability as Navan grows.
• Translate updates and risks into clear executive summaries for senior leadership.
