Job summary

NEST Corporation is seeking an experienced Test Programme Manager to partner with the delivery team and drive the programme's testing and assurance capabilities. You will own the test strategy, provide strategic direction across multiple workstreams, and embed a robust governance framework to support major milestones and go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programme-wide quality strategies, governance models and assurance frameworks.
• Proven assurance and strategic leadership across large, complex transformation programmes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme-wide test strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmap.
• Provide strategic direction across multiple testing and quality workstreams for a cohesive programme capability.
• Define and embed the quality vision, governance framework and assurance approach across the programme.
• Identify and deliver cost efficiencies while assessing risks.
• Establish the target operating model for the Testing and Assurance function.
