Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to build and maintain integrated schedules across programmes and projects. You will provide a single, reliable view of delivery progress using evidence-based planning to clarify milestones, dependencies, risks and overall programme confidence.

The role requires experience in complex multi-project environments, strong skills with MS Project and PowerBI, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive delivery success.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning across multiple projects.
• Proficient with planning and reporting tools and Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Able to manage changing priorities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated programme and project schedules.
• Align milestones with contractual commitments across the programme.
• Monitor progress, produce dashboards and schedule analysis.
• Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control per governance.
• Facilitate planning workshops with delivery teams and PMO.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, issues and dependencies.
